Through practice, the leakage characteristics of the brush seal are closely related to the pressure difference of the air preheater, the thickness of the brush bundle and the original smooth seal gap; and even the service life of the sealing brush depends on the length and diameter of the brush., Inclination angle, etc. Therefore, in actual engineering, considering the serious erosion of small solid particles or dust in the preheater and the problem of leakage point corrosion at the cold end, the diameter of the brush wire cannot be infinitely fine, and it is appropriate to take 0.10~0.15mm. In addition, the greater the inclination angle of the brush wire, the need to increase the brush wire in order to achieve the same sealing effect, generally 55 ° ~ 65 ° is appropriate.
