GL II industrial radiator adopts advanced technology, high heat transfer performance of seamless steel tube around the steel fin, by steel perforated plate frame support and finned tube composition;

  • 1. GL Ⅱ type industrial radiator overview

    1.GL II industrial radiator is made of seamless steel tube wound steel fins with advanced technology and high heat transfer performance, and is composed of steel perforated plate frame support and finned tube;

    2.GL Ⅱ industrial radiators are widely used in large and medium-sized heat exchanger systems such as air heating, cooling and waste heat recovery;

    3. Working medium in heat exchange of industrial radiator: steam (≤ 1.6MPa), hot water (≤ 350 ℃);

    4.GL II Industrial Radiator Model Indicates GL ①-②-③-④;

    ①-Number of radiator rows (two rows, four rows and six rows);

    ②-Number of radiator surface tubes;

    ③-Effective pipe length of radiator (inch).

    For example, GLⅡ 4-24-60 indicates that the radiator is 1600mm long and 1020 high, and consists of 4 rows of heat dissipation pipes.

    Structural characteristics of 2. GL Ⅱ industrial radiator

    1.GL Ⅱ industrial radiator adopts steel double-circuit (two rows) or multi-circuit (four rows and six rows) structure, finned tube adopts winding molding process, base tube Ф is 18*2mm, sheet height is 10mm, sheet thickness is 0.3mm, sheet spacing is 3mm, pressure bearing is high, corrosion resistance;

    2. The heat dissipation pipes of the finned tube heat exchanger are arranged in full fork rows and connected with separate elbow pipes;

    3.GL II industrial radiator has good heat exchange performance and can replace steel series radiator;

    4. Heat pipe characteristics:

    Heat dissipation area: 0.64m ²/m ribbing coefficient: 14.56

    Rib coefficient: 15.8 Net to surface ratio: 0.53
